															PAYMENT TERMS
1. Minimum 50% down payment will be required.
2. Please send us your proof of payment and we will confirm immediately
3. The remaining 50% or balance must be paid BEFORE the service starts when the Dust Busters arrive, either using the same payment methods or in cash.
Rate Disclaimer: The quoted rate is subject to change if the estimated square meter (sqm) measurement is found inaccurate on the day of the cleaning service.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING POLICY
1. Rescheduling or cancellation is free if done 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
2. Rescheduling 3-4 hours prior to the appointment will result in a 25% deduction from the down payment.
3. Rescheduling 1-2 hours prior to the appointment will result in a 50% deduction from the down payment.
4. Cancellations made after the 6-hour window will result in forfeiture of the full down payment.
ITEMS NOT COVERED

1. Chandeliers or hanging lights
2. Garage, garden or rooftop areas
3. Decluttering items
4. Washing of kitchen utensils and appliances
